At The Lipoedema Store, we aim to provide high-quality products to support your lipoedema management journey.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes
- Change of circumstances
We encourage all customers to carefully review sizing guides and product information before purchasing.
Compression Garments (Medical Products)
Compression garments are considered medical or hygienic products.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons:
- No refunds or exchanges are available for incorrect sizing or fit
- These items cannot be returned once opened or tried on
Please ensure you select the correct size and consult with a healthcare professional if needed prior to purchase.
Faulty or Defective Products
You are entitled to a replacement or refund where a product:
- Has a manufacturing fault
- Is damaged upon arrival
- Is not as described
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@thelipoedemastore.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns Process
If a return request is approved:
- Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging (unless faulty)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
- An address to send the item will be issued to you at this point
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thelipoedemastore.com.
