Is it gentle enough for me?
Yes — you're always in control of the speed. We'd suggest starting on the lowest setting with the soft (pneumatic) head, keeping the pressure light, and seeing how your body responds.

Which head should I use?
Six heads are included: a round head for general areas, a soft pneumatic head for gentler contact, a flat head for larger muscles, plus fork, bullet and conical heads for more focused points. Start soft and gentle.

Is percussion massage suitable for lipoedema?
Many people find gentle use soothing, but everyone is different. If you have lymphoedema or any concerns, please check with your lymphoedema therapist or healthcare professional about what's right for you.

How is it powered?
